Waite Family Hawaii Trip 1984?
This was our first big trip on a plane as kids to Hawaii. I have to say that it was one of my most favorite trips as a kid. As you can see it was pre Molly & Sam. Believe me when I say Molly & Sam have both had there fair share of trips around the world (post Anna, Tim, Sherod etc.) I really think we all look pretty "Groovin'" in this picture. I believe we were standing outside the condo where we were staying. Love the cool shorts and glasses Tim. Emily looks pissed about something (probably her new haircut.) I'm just glad I didn't I have bangs in THIS picture. We must have just been to some sort of reunion (refer to Sherods shirt.) Amanda and Andy were to young to look anything but cute. Love ya guys!

Actually, I think I was probably mad because YOU got the cool pink sunglasses and not me. I probably chose that haircut.
This is the trip where there is some long lost video of Andy and I jumping up and down on the furniture singing "Huggies" Because mom and Dad were making us wear diapers because we had, or they were worried we were gonna pee the bed.
This picture is awesome. Emily, I love the hair. I had a haircut like that too! The tank is smokin'! :) How fun to see some old photos!

What a gorgeous group of kids. I can remember crying as we were getting on the plane because I was so proud of my darling kids. I could see everyone trying to count you, and saying "Oh how cute!". Of course, an hour into the fight and we were getting all kinds of dagger looks because you were all kicking the back of the seats in front of you. When you have kids, you just can't hold you head up in society! I love you all so much!!
Your family has nothing on ours. At least no went through the obsessive crimping phase. i nearly lost my whole head of hair to that iron!! We never went to hawaii only went to were the trailo would take us.

I am still scarred from that trip. Anyone remember the caricature artist who starting drawing me with a bikini until someone told him I was a boy? That was a great trip. Were did you pull that picture from Anna? Great memories.
I remember going to the Hawaii temple and thinking back then that I really wanted to go inside.
you can't tell from this picture, but i'm sportin' the most bangin' superman sandals! i wish i still had a pair of those in a size 13. *sigh*
