This is an actual ad I cut out of our local paper. I couldn't help but laugh out loud and say to myself "Only In Utah." How rude can I be? I'm sure this Mindy Morgan was so happy that somebody found her scriptures, and what about Jean? A kind hearted person who took there time to run this ad in the paper.
On a side note, this is what we woke up to this morning. I so didn't want to go to church today and then this. I bucked it up and went anyway, but boy can I just say for the zillionth time..."I'm so freakin' sick of this weather."

We've had freezing weather this past few weeks too. Come On, where is Spring?? We had snow on Friday, it didn't stick, but it was cold enough for it.

Maybe Jean should put an ad on craig's list too. What if Mindy doesn't get the paper? I wonder how many days that ad has been running, and if Mindy has a spare set of scriptures. Her spiritual fate is in Jeans hands.
Sorry about the snow. Not to brag, like memzy over there, but we were a balmy 45 yesterday.
I think we all had the same thought when we saw the snow outside yesterday. I think that is why we had about 28 people there when church started.

That newspaper ad was too funny. Seriously?? And snow? I wouldn't complain if I were you because your summer is going to be perfect adn I'm going to by burning up!
That ad is hilarious. I bet the minute Mindy realized her scriptures were missing, she started searching the newspaper, looking for an ad that says somebody found her lost scriptures... because it's Utah.
Now, if I ever lose my scriptures, I hope the finder is sensible enough to put them in that brown lost-and-found box at the stake center so I don't have to search through newspaper ads and Craig's list.

I am so bummed out because there are only two ski weekends left. And soon I am going to have to start mowing, and weeding, and fixing broken sprinkler pipes. Why does winter have to be so short?!
Sooo sorry about your Snow! It snowed here for 5 minutes this past week but melted the second it touched the ground.
The snow is just a cruel joke...Mother Nature is NOT nice.
